    为了研究基于喷雾冷却的特长隧道围岩施工降温效果,本文依托中梁山隧道工程,采用数值模拟计算的方法,分析了不同喷雾量下隧道平均温度变化特征、不同湿度下喷雾蒸发效率和温降变化特征,以及不同喷雾位置下隧道断面平均气温变化特征,并对隧道断面空气温度的实测值与模拟值进行了对比分析,研究结果表明:(1)随着喷雾量的增大,隧道内的平均温度逐渐减小,喷雾量越大,隧道内的温度越低;(2)空气中含湿量越大,喷雾后的温降越小,隧道空气的相对湿度越大;(3)在喷雾时长相同时,距掌子面距离越远,温度降低的幅度越小;(3)空气温度实测值平均温度与模拟值平均温度相差不大,可认为空气温度实测值和模拟值基本相同;(4)在实际隧道喷雾降温工程中,适当增大喷嘴的喷雾量,确保隧道内空气含湿量不大于30g/kg,喷嘴布设排距在15m左右,可快速有效降低隧道内温度。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the cooling effect of the surrounding rock construction of the ultra-long tunnel based on spray cooling, this paper relies on the Zhongliangshan tunnel project and adopts the numerical simulation method to analyze the characteristics of the tunnel average temperature change under different spray volume, the characteristics of the spray evaporation efficiency and temperature drop change under different humidity, and the characteristics of the tunnel average temperature change under different spray position. The results show that: (1) the average temperature in the tunnel decreases with the increase of the spray amount, and the higher the spray amount, the lower the temperature in the tunnel; (2) The greater the moisture content in the air, the smaller the temperature drop after spraying, and the greater the relative humidity of the tunnel air; (3) At the same time of spraying, the farther away from the palm surface, the smaller the temperature reduction; (3) The average temperature of the measured air temperature is not much different from the average temperature of the simulated value, which can be considered that the measured air temperature and the simulated value are basically the same; (4) In the actual tunnel spray cooling project, the spray volume of the nozzle is appropriately increased to ensure that the moisture content of the air in the tunnel is not more than 30g/kg, and the nozzle layout spacing is about 15m, which can quickly and effectively reduce the temperature in the tunnel.
