    香港国际机场场地主要为填筑土且地下水位高,地下通道基坑工程选择合适的支护结构非常重要。本文提出斜直组合型锁扣钢管桩,有利于支护、隔水、回收,基于Midas GTS NX进行数值模拟,对比分析组合型式与倾斜角对斜直组合型双排锁扣钢管桩内排桩的工程响应。结果表明,基坑开挖过程中,斜直组合型双排桩比传统双排竖直桩具有更好的工程效果。内排桩倾斜角相同时,正-负斜双排桩的内排桩顶部水平位移和桩身弯矩峰值最小。工程中,可将双排锁扣钢管桩优先设置成正负斜双排桩、内斜-直双排桩,施工设备容许范围内尽量增大倾斜角,这样,内排桩顶部水平位移、桩身弯矩峰值最小。研究结果可为香港机场等地下水位高的填筑土场地地下通道基坑开挖支护提供设计依据。

    Abstract:

    The foundation of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is fill soil with high water table. It is very important to choose the appropriate support structure for the underpass foundation pit project. This paper proposes the inclined vertical combination type locked steel pipe piles, which is beneficial to support, waterproofing and recycling. Based on Midas GTS NX,Numerical simulation was carried out to compare and analyze the engineering response of the inner row of piles of the inclined vertical combination type double-row locked steel pipe piles with different combination type and inclination angle.The results show that the inclined vertical combination type double-row piles have better engineering effect than the traditional double-row vertical piles in the process of foundation pit excavation. When the inclination angles of the inner row piles are the same, the horizontal displacement of the top of the piles and the peak bending moment of the pile body of the inner row piles of the positive-negative inclined double row piles are minimized. In the project, the double-row locked steel pipe piles can be preferentially set into positive-negative inclined double-row piles and internal inclined-vertical double-row piles, and the inclination angle can be increased as much as possible within the allowable range of the construction equipment, so that the horizontal displacement at the top of the piles and the peak bending moments of the piles of the internal row piles can be minimized. The results of the study can provide a design basis for the excavation support of underpass foundation pit in filled soil site with high water table.
