    车辙作为沥青路面常见病害之一,对路面使用寿命和交通安全具有重要的影响。沥青路面中轻度车辙在预防养护时,车辙形变会导致养护材料用量增加,养护设计能否准确计算填补车辙材料用量,对于保证养护质量和养护效率意义重大。本文根据实体养护工程需求,在分析基于传统车辙检测方法和数据进行养护设计存在问题的基础上,提出了一种数字全息三维检测的沥青路面车辙预防养护辅助设计方法。利用数字全息三维检测技术,全面获取路面连续高精度三维数据并建立三维模型,通过仿真模拟精准计算填补车辙养护材料用量,有效提高了预防养护的精准性。通过实体工程验证,结果表明:基于数字全息三维检测的沥青路面车辙预防养护辅助设计方法,能够实现车辙预防养护材料用量负偏差控制在5%以内,与基于传统检测方法和数据的养护设计相比(材料用量负偏差超过50%),效果显著。

    Abstract:

    As one of the common diseases of asphalt pavement, rutting has a significant impact on the service life and traffic safety of the pavement. Mild rutting in asphalt pavement during preventive maintenance can lead to increased usage of maintenance materials due to rutting deformation. Whether maintenance design can accurately calculate the amount of material used to fill ruts is of great significance for ensuring maintenance quality and efficiency. Based on the requirements of physical maintenance engineering and the analysis of the problems in maintenance design based on traditional rut detection methods and data, this article proposes a digital holographic 3D detection assisted design method for asphalt pavement rut prevention and maintenance. By utilizing digital holographic 3D detection technology, we comprehensively obtain continuous high-precision 3D data of the road surface and establish a 3D model. Through simulation and simulation, we accurately calculate the amount of materials used to fill ruts and effectively improve the accuracy of preventive maintenance. Through physical engineering verification, the results show that the asphalt pavement rut prevention and maintenance auxiliary design method based on digital holographic 3D detection can achieve a negative deviation of material usage for rut prevention and maintenance within 5%. Compared with maintenance design based on traditional detection methods and data (with a negative deviation of material usage exceeding 50%), the effect is significant.
