    在将钢丝点蚀坑等效为缺口的假设基础上,开展了不同应力比下不同预制深度缺口钢丝样本的疲劳试验,建立了考虑应力比效应的疲劳寿命经验方程。试验结果表明,钢丝样本的疲劳寿命受应力比的影响明显,随应力比的增大而明显减小。预制缺口深度和应力比的增大均会导致钢丝样本疲劳强度的下降。采用考虑应力比效应的断裂力学模型对钢丝样本进行了疲劳寿命预测,预测结果处于±2.0倍误差带内。断裂力学模型对于不同应力比下的缺口钢丝疲劳寿命预测具有一定的适用性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the assumption of equating wire corrosion pits to notches, fatigue tests were carried out on wire samples with different prefabricated depth notches at different stress ratios, and an empirical equation for fatigue life was established,which considering the stress ratio effect. The results show that the fatigue life of the wire samples is significantly influenced by the stress ratio, which decreases with increasing stress ratio significantly. The increase of both prefabricated notch depth and stress ratio will lead to the decrease of fatigue strength of the wire samples. The fatigue life of the wire samples was predicted by The fracture mechanics model, which considers the stress ratio effect, and the predicted values are within the ±2.0 times error band. The fracture mechanics model has certain applicability for the fatigue life prediction of notched wires at different stress ratios.
