    透水混凝土中含有大量宏观空隙,为分析空隙结构对透水混凝土力学性能的影响,采用随机空隙方法建立了透水混凝土仿真模型,研究了空隙结构特征对受力性能的影响。首先室内制作两种空隙率水平的透水混凝土试件,养护成型后进行切割,对切割面的断面图像进行增强和阈值分割,提取得到空隙分布二维数字图像,分析了空隙结构特征。进而以实际空隙结构为依据,借助有限元软件ANSYS,结合蒙特卡罗方法生成随机椭圆和随机圆形空隙仿真模型。仿真结果表明相同空隙水平下随机椭圆空隙模型相比随机圆形空隙模型整体受力变形大,内部应力集中更明显。通过对比不同空隙水平的仿真与试验结果,得到了随机空隙仿真模型中骨料-水泥浆材料的综合模量建议值。

    Abstract:

    The characteristics of the void structure in pervious concrete have a great influence on the hydraulic performance of pervious concrete, and in order to analyze the effect of the void structure on the dynamic performance of pervious concrete, the simulation parameters of the pervious concrete test piece are studied by the method of establishing a random void structure model, and the simulation parameters are coMPared with the test results. First of all, determine the set allocation, target clearance rate and mate ratio of the specimen, prepare the maintenance molding after random cutting, the cutting surface of the void image image enhancement, threshold segmentation after the two-dimensional digital image, its void feature extraction analysis. Then, based on the actual void structure, with the help of finite element software ANSYS, combined with Monte Carlo method, random elliptical and random circular void simulation models are generated. The simulation results show that under the same void level, the random elliptical void model has larger overall stress and deformation than the random circular void model, and the internal stress concentration is more obvious. By comparing the simulation and test results with different void levels, the proposed value of the composite modulus of aggregate-cement slurry material in the random void simulation model is obtained.
