    研究了石灰石粉掺量、细度对砂浆抗压强度的影响,并基于水化热测试和BNG模型计算了水泥浆体的水化动力学参数,通过毛细吸水测试以及压汞试验分析了砂浆的孔结构,探讨了石灰石粉对砂浆抗压强度的作用机理。结果表明:掺入石灰石粉,砂浆的抗压强度降低且随石灰石粉掺量的增加和细度的减小,降低程度逐渐增大;石灰石粉减小了水泥浆体的水化放热速率、水化热和水化产物的成核速率KN、增长速率KG,进而降低了浆体的水化程度,从而增加了砂浆的毛细吸水量、孔隙率、最可几孔孔径,最终导致了砂浆抗压强度的降低。

    Abstract:

    The effect of limestone powder content and fineness on the compressive strength of mortar was studied, and the hydration kinetic parameters of cement paste were calculated based on hydration heat test and BNG model, the pore structure of mortar was analyzed by capillary water absorption test and mercury injection test, and the action mechanism of limestone powder on mortar compressive strength was discussed. The results show that the compressive strength of mortar decreases with the addition of limestone powder, and the decreasing degree increases with the increase of limestone powder content and the decrease of fineness. Limestone powder reduces the hydration exothermic rate, hydration heat and nucleation rate KN and growth rate KG of cement paste, thus reduces the hydration degree of cement paste and then increases the capillary water absorption, porosity and the most probable pore size of mortar, and finally leads to the decrease of compressive strength of mortar.
