    在温再生沥青混合料的生产与应用中,温再生剂对沥青混合料的性能有着至关重要的影响。基于原材料温拌剂、再生剂和渗透剂的功能,通过对老化沥青性能影响规律研究确定了合适的掺配比例,采用复配方式开发出一种新型温再生剂,并对其再生效果和混合料性能进行评价。结果表明:再生剂可以恢复老化沥青的性能,掺量为8%时最接近原样沥青;温拌剂对沥青性能影响较小,主要通过界面润滑作用达到降温效果,随着掺量增加,沥青的接触角减少,综合常规性能确定温拌剂掺量为0.4%;掺加0.5%渗透剂的温再生剂与普通再生剂相比具有更为优异的渗透性能,可以更快的渗透进入老化沥青内部,改善老化沥青的性能。在新型温再生剂掺量为8%时,老化沥青各性能再生率介于63.5%-101.2%之间,综合再生率为90.1%,再生效果良好。与热再生沥青混合料相比,新型温再生剂可以有效降低沥青混合料的拌和压实温度22℃,且温再生沥青混合料的高温性能略有降低,低温性能有所改善,水稳定性变化较小,各项指标均满足规范要求。

    Abstract:

    In the production and application of warm recycling asphalt mixture, warm recycling agent has a crucial impact on the performance of asphalt mixture. Based on the functions of warm mix agent, regeneration agent and penetrant of raw materials, the appropriate mixing proportion was determined by studying the influence law of aging asphalt performance. A new warm regeneration agent was developed by compounding, and its regeneration effect and mixture performance were evaluated. The results show that the regeneration agent can restore the performance of aged asphalt, and the content of 8 % is closest to the original asphalt. Warm mix agent has little effect on asphalt performance, mainly through the interface lubrication effect to achieve the cooling effect. With the increase of dosage, the contact angle of asphalt decreases, and the dosage of warm mix agent is determined to be 0.4 % based on the comprehensive conventional performance. Compared with the ordinary regeneration agent, the warm regeneration agent with 0.5 % penetrant has more excellent permeability, which can penetrate into the internal of aged asphalt faster and improve the performance of aged asphalt. When the dosage of new temperature regeneration agent is 8 %, the regeneration rate of aging asphalt is between 63.5 % -101.2 %, and the comprehensive regeneration rate is 90.1 %. The regeneration effect is good. Compared with the hot recycled asphalt mixture, the new warm recycled agent can effectively reduce the mixing compaction temperature of asphalt mixture by 22 °C, and the high temperature performance of warm recycled asphalt mixture is slightly reduced, the low temperature performance is improved, and the water stability changes little. All indexes meet the requirements of the specification.
