    摘要:

    超高性能混凝土(Ultra-high Performance Concrete,UHPC)近年来在我国桥梁工程中的应用越来越多,尤其是在局部构件与结构中,但在主体受力结构中的应用还相对较少。本文介绍我国首座UHPC公路箱梁桥--石磁高速K34+690跨线桥的设计与施工。该桥为4×30m连续箱梁桥,横截面由3片单箱单室箱梁构成,采用预制拼装、先简支后连续的施工方法。进行了30m简支箱梁的足尺破坏试验与优化设计,为我国UHPC桥梁的应用与研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Ultra-high Performance Concrete (UHPC) has been used widely in bridge engineering recently, especially in local members. However, its application in main bearing structures is relatively few. The paper introduces the design and construction of the first highway UHPC box girder bridge in China—one overpass bridge on Shici Expressway K34+690. The span of bridge is 4×30m, and cross-section of bridge has 3 single-box girders. This continuous bridge was erected by prefabricated assembly as a simply-supported structure first. The full-scale bending test on one of prefabricated girders was carried out, and the optimization design was studied.
