    浙江省湖州市长兴县属太湖流域,平原河港交织,荡漾密布,航道密集,在过去十多年间建立了一批各种类型的钢桁架桥梁。近年钢桁架桥梁由于其构件数量少、整体自重轻、跨航道施工装配快等优点得到广泛应用。随着钢桁架桥梁服役年限的增加,部分构件出现不同程度的老化、破损等现象,导致结构承载能力无法满足运营安全需求。为保证钢桁架桥梁在长期循环荷载作用下的行车安全和交通畅通,延长桥梁使用寿命,降低周期养护成本,本文采用无人机遥感技术对长兴某座钢桁架桥梁进行结构外表病害检测,调研结果发现案例桥存在涂层劣化、钢材腐蚀、螺栓断裂脱落等典型病害。基于钢桥存在病害分析产生原因,开展预防性养护技术研究,提出钢构件防腐涂装的维护、焊缝的检查和处理、杆件弯曲及损伤的处理、伸缩缝和防撞护栏等附属结构的预防性管养维护内容,为同类钢结构桥梁治理养护提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    Changxing, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, is located in the Taihu Lake, where plains, rivers and ports are interwoven. In the past decade, a number of Steel Truss Bridges of various types have been built. In recent years, Steel Truss Bridges have been widely used because of their advantages such as less number of components, light weight and quick construction and assembly across waterways. With the increase of service life of Steel Truss Bridges, some of the members are aging and broken to different degrees, resulting in structural load-bearing capacity that cannot meet the operational safety requirements. In order to ensure the steel truss Bridges under the action of cyclic loading for a long time of operation safety and traffic flow, prolong the service life of bridge, reduce cycle maintenance cost, adopts unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remote sensing technology to inspect the structural appearance of a steel truss bridge in Changxing, and the research results found that the case bridge has typical diseases such as coating deterioration, steel corrosion and bolt fracture off. Based on the analysis of the causes of the steel bridge diseases, the preventive maintenance technology research is carried out, and the maintenance of the anticorrosive coating of steel members, the inspection and treatment of welds and cracks, the treatment of rod bending and damage, the preventive management and maintenance of expansion joints and collision barriers and other subsidiary structures are proposed to provide some reference for the management and maintenance of similar steel bridges.
