Abstract:In the face of the depletion of traditional raw material resources of pumping concrete, high energy consumption in the production process, high carbon emissions, serious pollution and other conditions, as well as the general trend of China's civil engineering industry to implement green construction, a variety of new raw materials are gradually developed and promoted, and its quality, output, and social recognition are improved with each other. High quality natural river sand and pebbles are in short supply at the origin, while old silted river channels can still be mined. Gravel and machine-made sand produced using large particle size natural pebbles, limestone, construction waste, etc. as raw materials will become new substitutes. Cement, fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag powder and other raw materials in the transformation and upgrading of production enterprises and to the convenient transportation areas to build factories, but also brought the problem of uneven supply in plains, hills, mountains and other areas, need to be based on the construction of local materials supply situation. Polycarboxylic acid retarding superplasticizer has been popularized in the market due to its advantages of high efficiency, economy, high compatibility and convenient construction. The compensation shrinkage of concrete by calcium and magnesium expansion agents should be synchronized with concrete shrinkage to control shrinkage cracks and avoid structural expansion. The preparation of pumped concrete needs to investigate and improve the performance of various raw materials and give full play to the combined effect of raw materials at the height of the whole life of the building.
