This behavior is purely fraudulent. We hereby solemnly declare that our journal has not entrusted any institution or individual to solicit manuscripts on our behalf, nor has it cooperated with any other manuscript processing agencies or institutions. We only accept submissions through our sole official online system (https://zwgl.csust.edu.cn/zwgl/home) and email (zhongwaigonglu@vip.163.com). Upon successful submission, a unique manuscript ID number will be generated, and the submitter will receive an email confirming the successful submission.
