Journal of China & Foreign Highway (formerly Foreign Highway) was founded in 1980. It is a bimonthly publication (published on the 19th of every two months), a national-level technical science and technology journal, supervised (under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport before 2001) and sponsored by Changsha University of Science & Technology. Aims and Scope: Based on the actual needs of highway and bridge design, construction, management, scientific research, and teaching in China, the journal promptly publishes advanced technologies and scientific and technical information on highway construction from both China and abroad, serving highway construction in China.
